Build an empathetic, warm, and approachable brand for women with gastrointestinal disorders, based on telemedicine and a digital community. The challenge was to differentiate ourselves in a traditionally clinical sector, breaking the taboo and isolation surrounding these diagnoses, and making patients feel part of a community where “everyone fits in.”

We developed a brand strategy from scratch alongside the founders, defining the purpose and positioning from day one. We created an inclusive, optimistic, and disruptive visual universe based on empathy and closeness: a fresh and memorable visual identity with graphic resources that celebrate diversity and collective well-being. The visual language, choral tones, and organic shapes, together with authentic photographs, communicate the mission to accompany, support, and make everyone feel welcome. Multitude went from being an idea to a digital brand with a sense of belonging, consistency, and recognition, ready to conquer the digital health market in the United States.
