We created an audiovisual campaign with a powerful narrative: “Your first job can change lives, including your own.” We portrayed paramedics and EMTs as real heroes, approachable and determined, connecting emotionally with young people looking to start their professional careers. From concept design to production and digital distribution, we built a story that positioned Falck not only as an employer, but as a cause.
